Treasurer's report
  Golf scramble fund raiser is scheduled for April 5th. 

Registrar's Report
  Spring registrations are up about 50. Current numbers are
280, 13 unpaid. Eddie, gives us a sheet with numbers.

U-5/6 Coordinator's Report
We need to get to get uniforms for allplayers.
We'll get t-shirts for kids next fall.

Coach Adminstrator's Report
Dispanded 1 girls U8 team, got some coaches for next year, we need to setup
training over the summer. Kim to ask coaches when best time for training.

Uniform Coordinator's Report
  Bethany reports it will cost about $4000 for jerseys, less $1000 for U5/6. Will not get shorts and socks for U12/14

Equipment Coordinator's Report
   More paint ordered, 20 cases, 2 wands, 2 measuring, dozen size 3 balls. Referee kits cost about $55, Wes will order referee kits depending on the numbers needed next fall.

Safty Coordinator's Report
   No report

Referee Adminstrator's Report
   3 New certified referees, Owen Ellard, Peng Zhang, and Brandon Oxford.

CVPA Report
   Getting lock box, and get registeration forms. Cindy to get safe haven reports from kids. 

Tournament Director's Report
   M-Mountain
Working on City and Chamber. Cinco de Mayo on that weekend. Good support from chamber, welcome packets, discounts, get Loma to play soccer movie, hamburger fry at Tech Pool, 6 teams per division, interest at the high school kids. Formal flyer to go out. Possible to have night games at high school. We will have some kind of event on Friday. Have shuttle make loops from venue to venue.
